Большинство казахстанских банков перестали принимать карты «Мир»

Решение связано с американскими санкциями против оператора платежной системы. «Интерфакс» передает, что большая часть казахстанских кредитных компаний из-за санкционного давления отказываются от обслуживания карт «Мир». Российские кредитные карты больше не принимаются в «Народном банке», «Форте», «Нурбанке», «Банке Центркредит». Последний пояснил причины сложившейся ситуации в американских ограничениях против РФ. «ВТБ банк» еще принимает «Мир», но деньги с нее можно снять только в национальной валюте. «Берек банк» пояснил, что переводы по карте осуществить уже нельзя, но доступны операции в банкоматах и терминалах 23 февраля американский регулятор OFAC опубликовал новые блокирующие санкции в отношении оператора платежной системы «Мир» — Национальной системы платежных карт. В организации заявили, что с их стороны нет препятствий для работы с иностранными партнерами, писал «Коммерсант». Иностранные банки же сами решают, принимать ли им карты «Мир». РБК указывал, что российские карты перестанут принимать в Киргизии с 5 апреля. Аналогичное решение приняли армянские банки с 30 марта. Центробанк находится в поиске решения данной проблемы, передавал «Интерфакс». Регулятор думает о расширении сети банкоматов иностранных «дочек» российских банков либо о более широком использовании СБП.
